The Children’s Ministry this year has teamed up with the Youth Group on their Annual Youth Yard Sale and splitting the funds. This Yard Sale is massive and in the past has raised 40-60% of needed Camp funds. So let’s all work together to make it happen. PLEASE SIGN UP.

Weds Tent setup:
Weds May 15th 5pm
Pick- Up Dates:
Thursday May 16th and Friday 17th, 9am-5pm
Yard Sale Day:
Saturday May 18th 5am – 3pm (Volunteer Times) (Actual sale 7am – 2pm)
What We Need
- Help with Wed’s Tent Setup
- People to sign-up for pick-up slots for Thursday and Friday
- Some people to stay to receive & price items AND some capable people to go pick-up items
- If possible somebody with a truck and trailer.
- Signs for the Yard Sale
- Everybody there at Sat Morning at 5am – 3pm to Setup, sell, and take down
Additional Info
- Food will be provided: Breakfast and Lunch Saturday.
- Please sign-up so we know who’s coming
- You need to come to get credit for the fundraising.
